5. To remove superfluous Capital Letters

7. To answer who what why when where and how
8. To change personal titles so they aren't in caps if they are after names
9. To make them as concise and clear as possible
10. We're annoyed with the world and we want everything to fit our viewpoint
11. Because many people who write them CAN'T write
